Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Ross was brilliant. We needed quite a few sockets and switches installed. In the process, he diagnosed some major problems with our fuse board and general wiring (some very lethal). Even though he had other projects on the go, he never left us (working all hours) over the three days to get the job done, which is great when it’s winter and you have a small child.
