Wensley Road, Harrogate

Solar PV and battery storage installation completed on Wensley Road in Harrogate. This project combines a 9.57 kWp roof-integrated solar array with Tesla battery storage, monitoring and hot-water energy diversion to help the household generate, store and use more of its own energy.

The 22-panel array provides a total installed solar capacity of 9.57 kWp. The in-roof mounting system integrates the panels into the roof covering, while module-level optimisation supports system monitoring and helps each panel operate effectively where roof conditions vary.

The Tesla Powerwall 3 stores electricity for use later in the day, and the Backup Gateway manages the battery system. The myenergi eddi can direct suitable surplus solar generation towards hot water, helping the property make further use of energy generated on site.
